Shipping & Returns


Orders can take from 24 to 36 hours. Once your order is processed, you will receive email notification with shipment tracking number. All delivery standards begin when you receive this email. If the order is placed after 3:00 PM CST on Friday or over the weekend, the first ship will be Monday.

"Standard" Delivery
Unless expedited service is requested, your order you will receive shortly arrive from time to receive your shipping confirmation email.

If returning right items for a refund: Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you are responsible for shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we can not be responsible for lost shipments or detained by customs.

All returned goods must be to the shipping address we email you, if it is not sent to the correct address, we are not responsible for the loss due to the issue.
Return Policy

Due to the fact that our items are bought via the Internet, can not be tried in advance and are bought site unseen, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. Of course we hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your selection, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

For Returns:

Items can be returned for a refund or exchange with 7 days after the date of receipt. But the reason for the return caused by yourself (for example, size, color you choose) can not be accepted. Efficiency can be returned within 7 days of receipt, all returned items must never been used and in new condition. All returned packages must be insured. As for returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 5% bank handling fee and shipping. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping. Sepcial circumstances may require partnership with corporate business partners. For more information, please contact our customer service.

For Exchanges:

We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packaging. Please send back the items within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be insured, exchanges will be shipped within 5-7 days after the return has been received. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping.

Important message:

1. Although we provide 100% hassle free return policy, considering the time and money consuming, we surely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns before placing your order.

2. Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return address.

3. We are not responsible for the losses if the returned package get lost are held during shipment, must be original post office receipt to claim the compensation.
